■Article 6 (Member's personal information)

■Article 7 (Approval of registration)
1. VISAETA approves membership registration from the time it accepts the applicant's agreement to the Terms and Conditions, and a membership contract based on these Terms and Conditions is established.

■Article 8 (Disapproval of registration and cancellation of approval)
1. If, as a result of the review in the preceding article, VISAETA finds that the person who applied for registration meets any of the following items, VISAETA may not approve the applicant's registration or may delete the application information. (1) When there is a false entry, error, or omission in the information entered when applying for registration. (2) When the registration applicant fails to apply for registration according to the procedures prescribed by this site. (3) When the person who applied for registration does not exist. (4) When this site determines that it is otherwise unsuitable for the site to have a member. 2. Even after approval for membership, VISAETA cancels membership approval and applies if the approved member is found to fall under any of the items in the preceding paragraph. ■Article 9 (Prohibition of use of information)
1. Members may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, or use any information obtained through this service for commercial or private purposes, except in cases where VISAETA has approved (including obtaining the approval of the third party through this website if there is a third party with rights to the information).

■Article 10 (Contents of the Service)
1. The contents of this service are determined separately by VISAETA. 2. The terms of provision and operation method of this service are separately determined by VISAETA. 3. VISAETA may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the contents, provision conditions, or operation method of this service without prior notice or approval to the member, and the member agrees to this.

■Article 11 (Deletion of information, etc.)
1. If a customer requests deletion of personal information registered in this service by a member, it will be completely deleted immediately upon request and no personal information will be stored. 2. Management and operation method of member information If payment for the application service or payment is not made, it is managed and stored on VISAETA's server for 2 years, except in cases where a separate customer requests deletion of ETA application details and personal information. After 2 years (ETA validity period), the customer's information is deleted and no customer information is stored by VISAETA.

■Article 12 (Results of service application) Disclaimer)
1. VISAETA only acts as an ETA upon receiving the applicant's information and is not responsible for the results of the application, as it is the authority of the Government of the Republic of Korea. 2. We are not responsible for the results of the ETA application due to incorrect or error information provided by the applicant on this website.

■Article 13 (Temporary suspension of service)
1. VISAETA may temporarily suspend this service without prior notice to members if any of the following authorizations occur. (1) When maintenance of the service system is performed regularly or urgently. (2) When this service cannot be provided due to fire, power outage, etc. (3) When this service cannot be provided due to natural disasters such as earthquake, eruption, flood, or tsunami. (4) When this service cannot be provided due to war, turmoil, riot, commotion, labor dispute, etc. (5) When this website determines that temporary suspension of this service is necessary for other operational or technical reasons. 2. VISAETA shall not be liable for any damages to members or other third parties resulting from any delay or interruption in the provision of this service due to reasons other than those specified in the preceding paragraph.

■Article 14 (Prohibited Matters)
1. Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts on this service. (1) Acts that infringe upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of other members, third parties, or this website (2) Acts that infringe on the property, privacy, etc. of other members, third parties, or this website (3) Acts that slander other members, third parties, or this website (4) Acts that transmit or write harmful computer programs, etc. (5) Acts that cause disadvantages to third parties (6) Acts that use this service for profit (7) Acts that are against public morals and morals (8) Acts that are combined with criminal acts (9) Other acts that are against the law 2. ■Article 15 (Reporting changes and errors)
1. If incorrect information was provided to VISAETA during the ETA application process, members may request a change. However, applications for changes must be made before the ETA permit approval is completed, and you must understand in advance that it will be difficult to apply for changes after the ETA permit approval has been completed (indicated in VISAETA). 2. This website shall not be held responsible even if there is a disadvantage to the member due to the absence of a report in the preceding paragraph or a request for change after the ETA permit approval has been completed.

■Article 16 (Expulsion, etc.)
1. If a member falls under any of the items below, VISAETA may expel the member, temporarily suspend the use of the ID, or revoke the member's qualifications without prior notice or warning to the member. (1) If a false application is made at the time of registration (2) If an ID or password is used illegally (3) If the operation of this service is interfered with (4) If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are violated (5) If this website determines that the member is otherwise unsuitable as a member 2. ■Article 17 (Refund Regulations)
1. After the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) approval service is completed (the person in charge completes the approval application and notifies the approval result), the approval cannot be canceled in principle, so the customer cannot request a refund. 2. Cancellation and refund are possible before service completion. Cancellation requirements: Cancellation and refund are only possible if the ETA entry details have not been received by the government agency. If approval is being processed or awaiting approval, paragraph 1 above applies. 3. Cancellation and refund requests will be processed within the same day. For credit card payments, only credit card cancellation (refund) is possible.

■Article 18 (Withdrawal of Membership)
1. If a member wishes to withdraw, he/she must promptly indicate his/her intention to VISAETA. If you wish to withdraw, you may apply for withdrawal via email at VISAETA. 2. Request for withdrawal does not mean cancellation of application for business processing. You can cancel your application at any time. However, cancellation of application is possible only until business processing is completed. Once business processing is completed, application cannot be canceled and application agency fee is not refunded. If you wish to cancel your business processing application, please use the VISAETA cancellation system.

■Article 19 (Suspension of this service)
1. VISAETA may stop providing this service after notifying members with a one-month notice period. 2. The notice in the preceding paragraph is deemed to have been accepted by all members when it is displayed for one month on VISAETA. 3. VISAETA shall be exempt from claims for damages from members or third parties resulting from suspension by completing the procedures set forth in the preceding paragraph when the provision of this service is suspended.

■Article 20 (Responsibility for management of ID and password)
1. Members are responsible for the use and management of the approval number issued by applying to VISAETA. 2. Members may not transfer, rent, or use the ID and password provided by VISAETA to a third party. 3. VISAETA shall not be liable for any damage suffered by a member due to the member's ID and password being used by a third party, regardless of whether or not the member was intentionally negligent. If a member forgets his or her ID or password, he or she must immediately apply to VISAETA and follow the instructions on this website. In addition, use of this service using the relevant ID and password is considered to have been made by the relevant member.

■Article 21 (temporary suspension of ID, etc.)
1. If VISAETA is deemed to be of a high nature of urgency, use of the relevant ID may be suspended without obtaining the member's consent, and the member is deemed to have consented to this effect in advance. 2. Even if the member is unable to use this service and any damage occurs as a result of VISAETA taking the measures set forth in the preceding paragraph, VISAETA shall not be held liable in any way.

■Article 22 (Competent Court)
1. If the need for litigation arises between a member and VISAETA, the local court in the location of the head office shall be the court of jurisdiction between the member and VISAETA.
